Dr Rakshita Dhar was working in STMicroelectronics. Her work focused on BV extraction of Impact Ionization in single photon avalanche diodes (SPADs). Now she is working as a Sr Simulation Engineer with ABL group, London. In ABL her work is TCAD simulations of power electronics and electrical devices.
